Refund Policy

Subscriptions

All subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RightClickOps within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Founding Member Pre-Orders

Founding member payments are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Additionally, if the RightClickOps desktop application does not launch within 12 months of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of when you request it.

AI Credits

AI credits included in your subscription plan are non-refundable and do not carry over between billing periods. Purchased credit top-ups are non-refundable once used.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@rightclickops.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
