Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RightClickOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Charging Bull Software ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Salisbury, MD.

2. Description of Service

RightClickOps is a Windows workflow automation platform that provides file-processing actions through the Windows context menu. The Service includes deterministic local actions and optional AI-powered features.

3. Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Founding Member Pre-Orders

Founding member payments are one-time charges that will be credited toward your first year of the corresponding subscription tier upon product launch. If the product does not launch within 12 months of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. AI Credits

AI-powered actions consume credits from your plan's monthly allocation. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credit usage is estimated before execution, and the actual usage may vary slightly.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to process files that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or contain malicious code. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Deterministic actions run entirely on your local machine. Your files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud AI feature. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from the use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days in advance.
